I wish I met Kevin 10 years ago when we were having new carpet installed a house a week. I found him When a friend bought a house site unseen . The carpet was sick The master bedroom had to be replaced I would not even think of walking on it barefoot. I talked to the owner , she said whatever I thought . What I thought was everything had to go I was on a time sensitive deadline of 4 days. I met with Kevin explaining my problem we agreed on the job that went from one room to the whole house but it had to be done in 3 days he said his crew could handle it. TL;DR hire these guys. You won’t regret it. Meeting & Payment: I met Kevin when my family and I were looking for the majority of our flooring to be redone (i.e. tile and carpet) and everything just clicked with us. We had people come into our home before him and gave us estimates, but Kevin was the most professional and confident to provide a good price for high-quality work (spoilers: not a lie). He was very kind, transparent through the whole thing, and was very flexible regarding payment and general comfort for our family during the project. Due to Zelle’s restrictions, I could not provide full payment to him (or even half) so I suggested to him that I split it into three, and he agreed. This made payment a HUGE breeze and fair for both sides as it had traceability to keep track of everything through text messaging/Zelle. Timelines: Our project was a huge undertaking. You don’t just hire a team to rip up your two story house in a week and call it good. There’s expectations with everything and Kevin gave us an almost prophetic day everything would be done. This allowed us to maneuver and provide ourselves comfort while they worked without batting an eye. Kevin and his crew were always informing us what was going on, how things may change, were open to suggestions from our family (such as which area of the house to start first), and so on. Ultimately, you can’t go wrong with these guys. They’re kind, professional, flexible, and efficient.
